What are some of the side effects of this medication?

Nausea, vomiting
Allergic reactions
Loss of appetite
Kidney damage
Occasional decrease in blood counts 2–3 weeks after administration
Rare hearing loss or ringing in the ears
Rare loss of sensation in hands and/or feet at larger doses
Hair loss
